Shipments outside Finland are currently processed by Fedex. You have the option to choose Fedex Priority (normally delivered 2-3 working days) or Fedex Economy (delivered within 3-5 working days). Please note that due to the pandemic, Fedex delivery times can be considerably longer due to reasons beyond our control.
If you are unsure of the fit, material or color, please contact us prior to order to avoid the environmental impact of unnecessary shipping.
We hope you will love everything in your order, but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days to process the return. If more than 14 days has passed since your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in advance about the return and we can suggest a solution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns to Finland
We offer free returns for orders from Finland. If you purchased goods with the Postnord Mypack Collect delivery, then a ready filled return label is in the shipment. Place it on top of the old address sticker and return the package to the pickup location. Please email us in advance of the return, so that we can track it.
Returns from outside Finland
Please email us about your return and we will send you a return label for your parcel. The return cost for shipments from EU is 15euros. Return fee for shipments from outside EU is 25euros. This will be deducted from the refund amount. You are also welcome to use your own shipping method, as long as you inform us in advance with a tracking number. Please send us an email with the reason for return and order number: info @ archetype-label.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that normal shipping fees are non-refundable.
