Shipments outside Finland are currently all processed by Fedex. You have the option to choose Fedex Priority (normally delivered 2-3 working days) or Fedex Economy (delivered within 3-5 working days). Please note that due to the pandemic, delivery times can be considerably longer due to reasons beyond our control.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If more than 14 days has passed since your purchase, please email us at email@example.com in advance about the return and we can suggest a solution.
Returns to Finland:
We now offer free returns for orders from Finland. If you purchased goods with the Postnord Mypack Collect delivery, then a ready filled return label is in the shipment. Place it on top of the old address sticker and return the package to the pickup location. Please email us in advance of the return, so that we can track it.
Returns from outside Finland:
At the moment we are not able to offer free returns or ready return labels for the Fedex shipments. If you would like to return the order, please email us for more instructions firstname.lastname@example.org
Please fill in the return form which came with the order and address your return package to: Archetype, Suvilahdenkatu 10 E-rappu, 5krs. 00500 Helsinki.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service for the return shipment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
